Tina Miller, Administrative Assistant
Tina was born and raised in the Boise area. Growing up, her and her family were often running around to sporting events one of the family was involved in, or they would be attending a Boise State or Northwest Nazarene University sporting event. One of her fondest memories was attending a Boise State football game as a little girl with her family and friends, and running along the top of the stadium during the game under the lights. Needless to say, she is a sports nut! She was raised in a Christian home and has always been very active in church since an early age. Her desire is to allow Christ's love to shine through her to all she meets and to continue to grow daily in her relationship with Christ. She has been married 11 years to her husband, Jeff, and is a proud mom to Trevor and proud step-mom to Emilyne and Abagail.
Laura Njoroge, Librarian
Laura Njoroge grew up in Montana dreaming of becoming a sign language interpreter. Although her professional goals have taken a different turn since then, sign language was the vehicle God used to move her out to Idaho State University Pocatello where she got involved in Chi Alpha Campus Ministries. XA had such an effect on her life that she ended up giving back 9 years to the ministry after graduation, 5 of which were at Boise State. Early on, her heart was drawn to reach out to international students and she has partnered with Intensive English programs to offer conversation groups and friendship to women who are new to this country. During her first 5 years in Boise, Laura also spent a lot of time tinkering with the library at the Biblical Studies Center. In the fall of 2017 during a ministry transition, Laura was invited to come on staff, officially, with the BSC to manage the library with a continuing focus on outreach to international women.
