Message from The Rowes

Hello friends we are glad that you have taken an interest in seeing what we were up to in Kiev, Ukraine last summer. We have put together some pictures of our favorite people and moments from our mission trip. We had so many great memories it was hard to narrow it down. We hope that the ones we have chosen will give you a glimpse into the amazing experiences and friendships we made while there. More importantly I hope that these pictures make real the people we are reaching with the good news of Jesus Christ.

Last summer my wife and I spent six weeks of our summer in Kiev, Ukraine sharing the gospel. Collectively, we impacted over 43 lives with the good news of Jesus Christ. Even more exiting than that we were able to lead three of our readers in a prayer asking Jesus to be their personal Lord and Savior. This was one of the most touching and rewarding moments of our lives. Going to Kiev changed our lives forever. It opened our eyes to the less fortunate, it showed us how much the world needs people going out and sharing the good news of Jesus Christ, and it opened my eyes to the possibility of being a missionary.

Since last summer my wife and I have been praying for God to show us if it is in His plan for us to go back to Ukraine. We are ecstatic to share with you that Vitaly Samodin, the missionary in Ukraine, has invited us to come back again this summer. We are happy to share with you that we will be going back to Kiev, Ukraine this summer for three weeks. While in Ukraine we will again be offering free English conversational skills through reading with them the Gospel. We will each read with eight people a day during eight one hour reading sessions.  We will share the story of Jesus with the readers as they come in each day to improve their English. This will give us the chance to build strong friendships and through those friendships illustrate the difference Jesus makes in our lives. On weekends we hope to donate our time and love to the local orphanages.

We hope that you will become a part of our team and help us get back to Ukraine to spread the Gospel. If you would like to be a part of our team by becoming a financial partner you can send your contribution to:
